One
Ousman Konateh was recently arraigned before Magistrate Gomez of the Kanifing
Magistrates’ Court, charged with wilful damage to property.
According to the charge sheet read in court, the accused, Ousman Konateh, on 29 April 2015 at Kotu in the Kanifing Municipality, unlawfully and wilfully damaged the FBN Bank advertisement signboard.
He denied the charge and was granted court bail of D20,000 with a Gambia surety who must deposit an ID card.
The case adjourned to 13 May 2015.
