A magistrate court in Kanifing recently convicted and sentenced one Mustapha Kebbeh to a fine of D15, 000, in default to serve three months in prison upon his own plea of guilt, to a charge of theft.
According to the particulars of offence in the month of December 2007, the convict, Mustapha Kebbeh sold a truck to one Alieu Ceesay for an amount of D250, 000, while claiming that he had sold the said truck for D235, 000, with variances of D15, 000, which remains unaccounted, being the property of Lasana Keita.
The case was presided over by Magistrate Nying.
