Musa Badjie, a driver, on Wednesday denied the charge preferred against him, when he was arraigned before Magistrate Tabally of the Kanifing Magistrates' Court for driving without a license.
He was subsequently granted bail in the sum of D25,000 with two Gambian sureties, both of whom must deposit their biometric Gambian identity card.
The particulars of offence revealed that the accused, Musa Badjie, on 12 August 2010, at Tabokoto, between 6pm and 7pm, drove a motor vehicle with registration number BJL 9477 without a driving license.
The trial was adjourned to 11th November 2010.
