Magistrate Lamin George of the Bundung Magistrates' Court on Monday 9th November 2009 convicted and sentenced one Baba Sowe to a mandatory jail term for one year, following his own guilty plea to the charge.
According to the charge sheet, the convict Baba Sowe, on 31st October 2009 at Abuko stole a sheep valued at D2, 000, being the property of one Kineh Khan.
