Amadou Bah, a resident of Latrikunda, last Monday appeared before a magistrates' court to answer to a charge of stealing preferred against him.
According to the charge sheet, the accused Amadou Bah on 11th June 2009 stole a digital camera valued at D7, 300 being the property of one Sulayman Saidy. When the charge sheet was read to the accused, he pleaded not guilty.
Consequently, the case was adjourned to 21st July 2009 for hearing.
The accused was granted court bail in the sum of D2000 with one Gambian surety.
The case was presided over by Magistrate Kayode of the Bundung Magistrates' Court.
