She stated that the accused was spotted by the security, who conducted a search on him and found the said bottle. She said the matter was reported to the Kairaba Police Station and later the accused was cautioned and charged with the offence committed.
The accused was then remanded in custody until 1st March 2010, when the case is set for judgement.
