One Alhagie Boye was yesterday brought before Magistrate Ngube of the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court charged with attempt of stealing.
He denied the charge and the case was adjourned till 25 October 2011.
However, the accused was granted a court bail of D1, 000 with a Gambian surety.
