According to the particulars of offence, the accused, Dodou Bojang, on 7 May 2013, at Bakoteh, in the Kanifing Municipality, stole one black laptop black marked HP valued at D16,000, two black I-phones valued at D23,500, two black flash drives valued at D450, two text books valued at D300 and a black bag valued at D900, from a motor vehicle with registration number BJL 9320G, the property of one Basorry Jawneh.
He denied the charge and was granted court bail of D3,000 with a Gambian surety who must swear to an affidavit of means and also deposit a national ID card.
The case was adjourned till 3 July 2013.
