A man accused of housebreaking and stealing was yesterday arraigned at the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court.
Abdou George denied the charges and was granted court bail of one million dalasi with two Gambian sureties to deposit their ID cards.
Count one stated that the accused, Abdou George, on 20 December 2011, at Kanifing Estate, in the Kanifing Municipality, broke and entered the house of the complainant with intent to commit a felony to wit stealing.
