Aman
called Ansumana Jarju was recently arraigned before Magistrate Gomez of the
Kanifing Magistrates’ Court, charged with stealing from a motor vehicle.
The particulars of offence stated that the accused, Ansumana Jarju, on 27 April 2015 at Bakoteh in the Kanifing Municipality, stole two flash drives, value unknown, from a motor vehicle, the property of one Babucarr Joof.
He denied the charge and was granted court bail of D700 with a Gambian surety, who must deposit an ID card.
The case was adjourned to 12 May 2015.
