A man was recently arraigned before Magistrate Tabally of the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court for allegedly attempting to commit a felony.
Kalilu Sillah denied the charge and was granted court bail of D10,000 with a Gambian surety.
The charge sheet read that on 24 June 2011, at Latrikunda, in the Kanifing Municipality, the accused, Kalilu Sillah, entered the house of one Amulie Ceesay with intent to commit a felony, therein to wit stealing.
