One Mam Malick Jarra was recently arraigned at the Brikama Magistrates’ Court, charged with making false document.
Mam Malick Jarra denied the charge and was granted court bail of D10,000 with a Gambian surety.
The particulars of offence read that on 11 November 2011, at the Banjul International Airport, the accused, Mam Malick Jarra, presented a Gambian passport PC343651 and a Spanish Visa FC 60306156 to the profiling officer at the Spanish Airline.
The case at that juncture was adjourned till 7 December 2011.
