The youth of Madena Salam recently embarked on a massive
cleaning exercise in the village. Speaking at the occasion, the chairman of
Madena Salam village development committee, Mr. Lamin Saidy, said environmental
sanitation is very significant in human life. He stated that a clean
environment always produces good health and helps to terminate mosquitoes which
are an enemy to mans well being.
He commended the youth of Madena Salam for their hard work, commitment and dedication during the exercise.
