Mr Manga replaced Kebba Dibba who is now re-assigned as a principal producer of the national broadcaster.
Both Manga and Dibba were appointed to their previous posts in January 2015.
Similarly,
Momodou Saidy, director of TV programmes, is now appointed director of press at
the Office of the President; he has held the position before.
