The referee declared sudden death and Kingston F.C emerged victorious by scoring their spot kick.
As champions Kingston FC went home with D800 and a giant trophy while Pick and Choose received D600 as runners up,
The kick-off was taken by Mr. Pateh Baldeh of the Governors Office in URR and the prizes were presented to the winners by the sponsor of the tournament Mr. Omar Sompo Ceesay who double as the second vice - president of the GFA and Chairman Basse Area Council.
