Julafar Ward to elect new councillor

This, it said, has been necessitated following notification from the Mansakonko Area Council of the vacant seat of the councilor for Julafar Ward.

The release, signedby the Chairman of the IEC,Alhaji Mustapha L. Carayol, stated: “This is in accordance with Section 23 of the Local Government Act 2002, with respect to Section 19 subsection (1) (c) of the same Act.”
