The Bundung Magistrates’ Court, presided over by Magistrate Cham, recently adjourned the unlicensed driving case involving one Lamin Drammeh, for judgement.

When the case was called, Inspector Touray told the court that Inspector Kujabi, who was prosecuting the accused, was not in court, but had asked him to hold brief for him.

He said Kujabi also told him he had finished cross-examining the accused person.

The magistrate then asked the accused, Lamin Drammeh, whether he had a witness to call, but the accused said he had no witness to call and that he had closed his case.

The case at this juncture is adjourned for judgment.
