Jeshwang United defeated Jarintong FC by a goal to nil in Sunday's Serrekunda West Sports Organisation (SWESO) Nawetaan matches, at the Serrekunda West Mini-stadium in the 5pm encounter.
Pa Sulay Sohna scored the only goal of the game for Jeshwang United in the 65th minute of the game from a sensible header after capitalising on Madikay Njie’s brilliant cross from the right side of the field to give his side all the three points and their first win of the championship.
Earlier on the same day, in the 3pm kick-off, Wailers FC drew 0-0 with Kanifing Estate FC at the Serrekunda West Mini-stadium.
Meanwhile, Unicons FC will lock horns with Old Hands FC today, Tuesday 27th July 2010, at the Serrekunda West Mini-stadium.
