The Gambia cricket fraternity will welcome a high profile personality today from the International Cricket Council (ICC).
Cassim Suliman, the Regional Development manager for Africa, will arrive in Banjul today for a weeklong visit.
Johnny Gomez, president of the Gambia Cricket Association, said that upon his arrival, Mr Suliman, will meet the board members of the Gambia Cricket Association.
He is also expected to meet the Minister of Youth and Sports, Hon. Sheriff Gomez, and other state personalities.
On Wednesday, members of the press will have the chance to engage the ICC ambassador in a marathon press conference to be staged at the Independence Stadium Hall in Bakau at 11am.
