The head of Real De Banjul, Alagie Sarr, has said he was really disappointed with the performance of this team against struggling side Africell in week three fixtures of the national league.
The 1-0 defeat left Real de Banjul at the relegation zone with 2 points in two games.
According to him, his players were not determined “that was why we lost the game” whilst Africell players were “determined and hungry” for a victory. “At the end of the day they [Africell] won the game,” he said, adding that their loosing the game has put the team in a funny situation in the league.
He said they would go back to the drawing board to brainstorm on improving on their weakness ahead of their week four clash against strong Brikama United on Saturday, who are currently 3rd position on the league table with 5 points in two outings and are also unbeaten.
He expressed optimism that his team will collect maximum needed points against Brikama United in their week four fixtures come Saturday.
