Following his side's 4-2 victory over Seaview FC in the Week Eight of the Gambia Football Association (GFA) First Division League at the Serrekunda East Mini-stadium last Sunday, the Head Coach of Gamtel FC, Sulayman Corr, has expressed delight at the victory, adding that it is not good for a team to loose three games in a row.
According to him, it was not an easy game in the first period and when they conceded the red card in the second period of the game.
Head Coach Corr further stated that they would prepare well for their next game against Hawks, knowing that it would not be an easy game even though Hawks are at the bottom of the league table. He was quick to add that Hawks is a very strong team.
He further stated that his team should do better and finally commended the fans of Seaview FC for their support.
Modou Njie Sarr of Gamtel FC, the leading goal scorer of the GFA First Division League who scored his 5th goal of season, expressed delight at scoring against his father's team (Alagie Sarr). He added that his aim is to be the top leading goal scorer of this year’s GFA First Division League.
