Gunjur community rugby team recently resumed intensive training at the Gunjur school grounds.
The team is currently taking part in an intensive training session to keep themselves fit for competitions in the near future.
The rugby teams were initiated by Joe and Alhagie Bojang of the Gunjur Project, who are willing to render support to the teams.
Speaking to this reporter, Abdoulie Janneh and Abdou Jassey said coaches are seeking support from everybody to promote and develop the discipline to higher heights in the country.
The coaches applauded the management and staff of Gunjur Project Joe and Alhagie Bojang for their tireless contribution towards the teams.
The coaches also hailed Gunjur Sports Committee for sending them to do rugby training, which resulted in their introduction of rugby in Gunjur.
