The
Gambia Football Federation National Development Plan 2018-2021 is set to pursue
strategic goals within the National Development Plan.
These
include good governance, capacity building, technical development and infrastructural
development.
Good
governance will boost the administration of football, while capacity building
would increase the knowledge of the coaches in the country.
There
will be more improvement in football infrastructures in order to have proper
grounds for league matches in the country.
The
Gambia Football Federation would also improve its technical department for the
development of football in the country.
