One Mbye Sanyang was Monday arraigned before Magistrate Samateh of the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court, charged with stealing.
He denied the charge and was granted court bail of D10,000 with one Gambian surety.
The particulars of offence stated that the accused, Mbye Sanyang, on 16 March 2013, at Kotu, in the Kanifing Municipality, stole a generator ‘marked’ Dinama valued at D15,000, being the property of one Habib Gitteh.
Hearing resumes on 13 May 2013.
