Gamtel/Gamcel Male Volleyball Team on 6 October 2010 defeated Olympafrica Centre/Serrekunda East Male Volleyball Team by three sets to one set in the second leg of the Gambia Volleyball Association (GVBA) National Volleyball League at the Serrekunda East Mini Stadium Volleyball Lawn.
This latest result has helped them to maintain their unbeatable run in the volleyball league.
The first set of the game was won by Olympafrica Centre/Serrekunda East by 25 points to 21 points but Gamtel/Gamcel came from behind to beat them by 25 points to 21 points, 25 points to 18 points and 26 points to 24 points in the other three sets.
Meanwhile, Interior Female Volleyball Team will host Old Jeshwang Female Volleyball Team at the Gambia Senior Secondary School Volleyball Lawn in Banjul today, Friday, 8 October 2010.
On 9 October 2010, Old Jeshwang Male Volleyball Team will entertain Brikama Male Volleyball team, who are yet to register a win in the league.
Matches will take place at the Gambia Technical Training Institute (GTTI) Volleyball Lawn.
