He said Gambians should expect his ten-track debut album before the end of the year.
Born in Latrikunda German and now based in the UK where he has made a name for himself and released hit singles like ‘Baiyil Buga, Luyomba, You are only one, Global crisis and Da way and She looks’, which will form part of the debut album.
Sey has recorded three tracks with Success Studio and is in talks with another studio in the UK.
“I am here in The Gambia to visit my family and to inform my fans what I am doing in the UK,” he said. “I performed in Reading, Leeds and London Carnivals organised by Gambians based in the UK and Mallorea, Spain, where people love my performances.”
Big Sey told journalists he would work on collaborating with singers Manding Morry and T-Smallz, adding that he now has a clothing line called Bey Ourself music.
He said that in the next few months, he will open a shop to be selling to Gambians.
“My vision is to raise The Gambian flag higher for Gambian music to be heard in the world,” the young artiste said.
