Gambia whip Ivory Coast in W/Africa Deaf Championship

The Gambia Deaf National team on Tuesday thrashed Ivory Coast Deaf National team 3-0 in the ongoing West Africa Deaf football tournament in Mali.

Captain Abdoulie Nije, right-winger Babucarr and left-winger Ebou Jallow were on the score sheet for the Deaf Scorpions in the game to snatch their first win in the Deaf championship.

The Gambia Deaf National team will face Nigeria Deaf National team today, and are hoping to beat the Super Eagle Deaf team to maintain their hundred-percent record in the championship.

A win for The Gambia Deaf National team against Nigeria Deaf National team will earn the deaf Scorpions a place in the next round of the competition after their convincing 3-0 win over Ivory Coast National team in their opening game.
