A number of students from The Gambia Hotel School are currently doing their practical examination at the Ocean Bay Hotel in K-Point, Bakau, The Point Entertainment can reveal.
The students are mainly focusing on cookery and pastry, restaurant and bar attendants as well as housekeeping and laundry.
Omar Sarr, acting-general manager of Ocean Bay Hotel, thanked the
Mr Sarr said the management of the hotel appreciates the good work of the school.
This is good promotion for the hotel, he said, assuring the students that the management of the hotel will provide an environment conducive for the conduct of the examination.
