According to the particulars of offence, Vincent Andre on 1 January 2016 at Lamin village, willfully and unlawfully assaulted one Jacques Michael Albert, by hitting him on his head.
He denied the charge and was granted court of bail D100,000 with a Gambian surety.
The case was adjourned until 3 February 2016.
