Fortune
and Sporting Real’s 2019-2020 division
one league season opening match has been postponed, according to the news
emanating from Gambia Football Federation (GFF) Secretariat in Kanifing East
Layout.
The
match was initially slated for December 7, at the Brikama Bar Mini Stadium; but
the tie was called off due to 2019 Brikama Nawettan knock-out final between
Greater Tomorrow Football Academy and Dangam FC.
The
game is now scheduled for December 9, at the Box Bar Mini Stadium in Brikama at
4.30pm.
Sporting
Real are set to make their debut in the country’s top flight league this season
after gaining promotion to the first division league last season.
They
will contend to win their matches to avoid demotion to the second division
league to stay in the first division league for another season.
