A charge of theft was Wednesday brought against One Malick I.M. Cham, former Director General of the Gambia Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), at the Brikama Magistrates’ Court before Magistrate Secka.
Ex-director-general Cham, who denied the charge, was granted court bail of D100,000 with two Gambian sureties who must swear to an affidavit of means, and deposit their ID cards.
The particulars of offence read in court stated that the accused, Malick I.M. Cham, in October 2009 at the
