The accused persons are Awa Sabally, Fatou Drammeh, Kaddy Saidy, Mama Janteh and Wudeh Darboe
According to the charge sheet, on 27 December 2011, at Mariama Kunda, in Kombo North of the West Coast Region, the accused persons jointly assaulted one Ndey Kujabi with a stick and thereby committed an offence.
They all denied the charge and were each granted court bail of D5, 000 with one Gambian surety with a national ID card.
The case at that juncture was adjourned till 24 January 2012.
