Her Excellency Aja Doctor Isatou Njie-Saidy will be the Chief Guest of Honour at a three-day seminar on Women's Football billed to commence on Monday 18 through Wednesday 20, 2010 at the Kairaba Beach Hotel.
The seminar will bring together key representatives from government, the private sector, NGOs, the media, the marketing sector and the national football family to discuss the future of women’s football in The Gambia.
Abdou Salaam Jammeh, assistant secretary general of the Gambia Football Association, said Com-Unity is a FIFA presidential programme of seminars with the aim of raising awareness on the values and benefits football can bring to a country.
The seminar is intended to improve cooperation and communication between the association, its government, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) represented in the country, the media, and other partners (such as in the field of marketing).
