Falcons on 22 September 2013 defeated Macdonald United 1-0 in the 2013-2014 Banjul Summer biggest football competition game played at the Banjul KG5 Mini Stadium.
Falcons and Macdonald United are familiar names in the Banjul Nawettan in previous years. Both sides made a flying and astonishing start to the game, launching series of assaults at each other.
It was Falcon who were able to utilize their limited goal-scoring opportunities by scoring a goal, which eventually proved to be the winner and also earned them the maximum point at the expense of their opponents Macdonald United.
Lancaster United beat Hagan United 2-1 in a tightly contested game played at the Banjul KG5 Mini Stadium on the same day as they recovered from their 2-1 defeat to Eleminite.
