Saja Darboe, an ex-convict, was recently arraigned before Principal Magistrate Abeke of the Brikama Magistrates' Court, charged with threatening violence.
According to the particulars of offence, on 3 March 2011, at Brikama Car Park, West Coast Region, the accused, Saja Darboe, threatened that he would kill one Momodou L. Gassama anywhere they meet.
He pleaded not guilty and was granted bail by attending the court every sitting and failure to do so would have his bail revoked.
The case was adjourned until 14 March 2011.
It would be recalled that Saja Darboe was convicted on a similar offence four months ago by the Brikama Magistrates' Court.
