Ebrima Bah was recently arraigned before Magistrate Bojang of the Kanifing
Magistrates’ Court, charged with dangerous driving.
He denied the allegation and was granted court bail of D5,000 and a surety, who must be a Gambian and must swear to an affidavit of means.
Hearing was adjourned to 6 July 2015.
The charge sheet read in court stated that on 29 June 2015, along Brusubi Senegambia Highway, he drove a motor vehicle with registration number BJL 3025E in a manner that endangered other road users.
