Magistrate Foster of the Bundung Magistrates' Court on 21st May 2009, convicted and sentence one Abdou Rahman Jien to pay a fine of D2500 for reckless driving in default to serve one year imprisonment. He was also fine D1000 for unlicensed driving in default to serve another one year. All sentences to run concurrently.
The trial Magistrate in handing down his judgement, stated that the verdict is upon the accused own plea of guilt and taken into consideration of the mitigation and couple with the accused being a first time offender.
