A driver was recently arraigned before Magistrate Babucarr Secka of the Brikama Magistrates' Court, charged with careless driving and inefficient breaking system.
Mustapha Bah pleaded guilty to count one but denied count two and was subsequently granted bail of D5,000 with a Gambian surety.
