One Lamin Manneh was Wednesday arraigned before Magistrate Babucarr Secka of the Brikama Magistrates’ Court, charged with rash and negligent act, causing death.
According to the particulars of offence, the defendant, Lamin Manneh, on 13 March 2013, in Foni, in the West Coast Region, drove a motor vehicle with registration numberBJL9162H, in a rash and negligent manner, thereby caused the death of one Mustapha Bah.
He denied the charge and was granted court bail of D150,000 with two Gambian sureties who must deposit ID cards.
The case was adjourned till 25 May 2013.
