Demba Kunda are through to the semifinal in the ongoing annual dynamic Sarahuleh football tournament following their hard-fought 1-0 win over Annuharreh in the quarterfinal game played at the Serrekunda East Mini Stadium on Monday.
The quarterfinal match, which showed brilliant exhibition of skills and talents, attracted large crowd from Serrekunda East and its environs.
Annuharreh opened the score through Police Jagana in the 10th minute of play from a spectacular free-kick to give his side the lead, which eventually proved to be the winner for Demba Kunda.
Annuharreh responded back for an equalizer and created some goal-scoring chances but failed to capitalize on their limited opportunities thus the game ended 1-0 in favour of Demba Kunda.
