Defendant ordered to pay plaintiff

Lawsuit defendant Foday Lansa was recently ordered to pay plaintiff Ensa Touray D40, 000 and D400 cost of claim, being debt owed to Touray.

Lansa there and then accepted liabilities, for a business deal that didn’t materialize.

According to the particulars of claim, the plaintiff, Ensa Touray, claimed D40, 000, for a business consideration that had failed, irrespective of several demands.
