A magistrate court in Brikama recently granted a court bail to one Basiru Jallow in the sum of D50, 000, with a Gambian surety.
Mr. Jallow pleaded not guilty to a charge of attempting to commit a felony.
According to the particulars of the offence, on 17th March 2010, at Brikama Western Region, the accused person attempted to commit a felony therein with stealing a motor vehicle belonging to one Robert Williams.
The case that was presided over by Magistrate B. Secka was adjourned to 29th March 2010.
