One Momodou Lamin Ndow, accused of housebreaking and stealing, was recently granted court bail of D2 million with a landed property by the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court.
According to the charge sheet read in court, the accused, Momodou Lamin Ndow, on 26 April 2012, at Latrikunda German, in the Kanifing Municipality, broke into the house of one Mamadou Mansary with intent to commit a felony.
The charge sheet on count two stated that Ndow stole the following: Dell laptop valued at D16, 000, Tangent DVD valued at D65, 000 and Tangent remote controller value unknown, the property of the said Mamadou Mansary.
