D20, 000 Bail Bond for Accused

Magistrate Foster of the Bundung Magistrates' Court last Thursday granted court bail to one Abduraman Jagne in the sum of D20, 000.

According to the facts of the case, the accused Abdurahman Jagne on or about the 8 day of January, 2009 was coming from Tabokoto highway towards Westfield. On his way he lost control of his vehicle causing him to hit a traffic light pole and resultant damages. When the charge sheet was read to him he pleaded not guilty.
The case was at that juncture adjourned to 28th May 2009.
