Yusupha Nahra, the second prosecution witness (PW2), Monday testified in the criminal trespass and impersonating case involving one Pa Omar Tunkara at the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court before Magistrate Dago.

Nahra told the court that he is a student and could recall 30 November 2012, when he had issue with one Ramatoulie, his classmate.

He said when he came to school in the morning, he entered into the classroom and Ramatoulie was looking at him and he told Ramatoulie not to look at him.

PW2 added that Ramatoulie also asked him how he saw her, adding that he insulted her and she also retaliated.

He further explained that on a Friday, he was called by his friend informing him that NIA personnel were asking for him.

The friend asked him what he had done and he told him it might be the problem he had with Ramatoulie and that was why they were enquiring about him at the school.

Nahra adduced that he was also informed by the friend that Ramatoulie’s uncle is an NIA officer and that the matter had been reported to the school principal.

On Monday, he added, when he arrived in the school, the principal told him he had created a problem, which had caused NIA personnel to visit the school asking for him.

He said he did go to school for two days, and on a Friday his principal took him to the police station where he was asked about the problem, adding that it was the time he saw the accused person.

The case was adjourned till 3 January 2013.
