A daylong training on consumer protection
yesterday ended at the Gambia Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) training school
at the Banjul International Airport.
The training, organised by the Gambia Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (GCCPC), in collaboration with GCAA, was attended by officials from the police force, GCAA and GCAA.
In her closing remarks, Ya Abbis Njie, advocacy manager of GCCPC, said the commission would continue to work with the GCAA in similar endeavours.
Fabakary Touray, a representative of the competition commission, said the GCCPC is committed to consumer protection at all times.
