One Malick
Jallow, a resident of Bijilo village in the Kombo North district of the West
Coast Region, was recently arraigned for the offence of common nuisance before
magistrate Omar Jabang of the Bundung magistrates’ court.
According to the particulars of offence, in June 2014 at Bijilo village, he became a nuisance to the entire neighbourhood in Bijilo by throwing stones into compounds, and thereby committed an offence.
The case continues on 9 July 2014, for the prosecution to call his first witness.
The IGP was represented by corporal 3466 B Sawanneh.
