Alhagie Nyassi, the head coach of Tallinding United has revealed that financial constraints had contributed to their relegation to the Second Division league.
Head Coach Nyassi made these remarks yesterday in an interview with Pointsports at his resident in Tallinding.
He further stated that his key strikers had sustained injuries at the end of the first round of the first division league, noting that it had immensely contributed to their relegation because he was using midfield players as strikers.
Head Coach Nyassi also revealed that during the first round of the first division league their team were the third leading goal scorers, but due to injuries they could not maintain their position in the First Division league.
Head Coach Nyassi noted that they have not started training as a team for the FA cup competition, because some of their players are from Abuko, and that they have to give them fares. He noted that the team is not financially strong.
He elucidated that they would start training as a team two days before their first game of the FA cup competition.
