Co-Coconut Residence general supervisor appears in court

Abdoulie Admit, the General Supervisor of Co-Coconut Residence recently appeared before Magistrate Lamin George of the Bundung Magistrates' Court as a prosecution witness in the trial of Modou Ceesay and Jennifer James.

In his testimony, Abdoulie Admit told the court that on 2nd December, 2009, at around 7:45am, he was at his office when he was called by the Tiger Security, Matarr Sowe informing him that the 1st accused who is a security officer attached at the residence had left and went to a private villa at around 2.00 clock.

According to him, the second accused was not working there. He revealed that the first accused person had opened the gate of the private villa and entered with the second accused and asked her to sit under the veranda where she started making noise.

He told the court that later a VIP guest opened the window and found the second accused sitting under the veranda and asked her who brought her there, and in reply, she said "is the first accused." He testified that the VIP called him and upon receiving the report, he accordingly informed his General Manager, who in turn reported the matter to Kotu Police Station.
