Count One Statement of Offence: Conspiracy to commit felony contrary to Section 368 of the Criminal Code Cap 10 Laws of The Gambia 1990.
Particulars of Offence: Ibrahim Bun Sanneh, Karamo Bojang, Ousman Sanneh, Marie Sanneh and Alieu Samba sometime between 1st January 2005 and 16th March 2010 at various places in The Gambia, conspired amongst themselves and others now at large to steal various sums of money and prohibited drugs, property of the Government of The Gambia, and thereby committed an offence.
Count Two Statement of Offence: Theft contrary to Section 245 (1) and punishable under Section 257 of the criminal Code cap 10 Laws of The Gambia 1990C
Particulars of offence: Ibrahim Bun Sanneh, sometime in the year 2009, at the NDEA office in Banjul, being a public officer employed as executive director of NDEA, stole the sum of D150, 000, property of the Gambia Government that came into his hands as such public officer by instructing and having the said sum dishonestly paid to his step daughter by name Marie Sanneh without consent by the government of The Gambia, thereby committed an office.
Count Three Statement of offence: Aiding and Abetting theft by public servant contrary to Section 245 (1) and punishable under section 257 read together with Section 23 (c) of the Criminal Code Cap 10 Laws of The Gambia 1990.
Particulars of offence: Marie Sanneh, sometime in the year 2009 at the NDEA office in Banjul aided and abetted Ibrahim Bun Sanneh a public officer employed as executive director of NDEA, to steal the sum of D150, 000, property of the Gambia Government which came into his hands as such public officer, by dishonestly collecting the said sum upon the instructions of the said Ibrahim Bun Sanneh without the consent of the Gambia Government and thereby committed an offence.
Count Four Statement of Offence: Theft by public officer contrary to Section 245 (1) and punishable under Section 257 of the Criminal Code Cap 10 Laws of The Gambia 1990.
Particulars of offence: Ibrahim Bun Sanneh sometime in December 2009 at the NDEA headquarters in Banjul being a public officer employed as Executive Director NDEA stole the sum of D350, 000, property of the Gambia Government which sum came into his hands as such public officer by dishonestly paying the said sum to one Alieu Samba, without the consent of the Gambia Government and thereby Committed and offence.
Count Five Statement of Offence: Aiding and Abetting theft by public officer contrary to Section 245 (1) and punishable under Section 257 read together with Section 23 (c) of the Criminal Code Cap 10 Laws of The Gambia 1990.
Particulars of offence: Alieu Samba sometime in December 2009 at the NDEA headquarters in Banjul aided and abetted Ibrahim Bun Sanneh a public officer, to steal the sum of D350, 000 property of the Gambia Government, which sum came into the hands of Ibrahim Bun Sanneh as such public officer, by dishonestly collecting the said sum without the consent of the government, pretending that he (Alieu Samba) would supply handcuffs worth that amount to the NDEA, thereby committed an offence.
Count Six Statement of Offence: Theft by public officer contrary to Section 245 (1) and punishable under Section 257 of the Criminal Code Cap 10 Laws of The Gambia 1990.
Particulars of Offence: Karamo Bojang on or about the 21st day of December 2009 at the NDEA headquarters in Banjul, being a public officer employed in the services of NDEA, stole the sum of D250, 000, property of the Gambia Government, which came into his hands as such public officer, by converting the said amount to his own use, without the consent of the Gambia Government, thereby committed an offence.
Count Seven Statement of Offence: Theft by public officer contrary to Section 245 (1) and punishable under Section 257 of the Criminal Code Cap 10 Laws of The Gambia 1990.
Particulars of Offence: Ibrahim Bun Sannah, Ousman Sanneh, and Karamo Bojang, sometime in the year 2007, in The Gambia, being public officers in the NDEA jointly stole 500 grams of Cocaine property of the Government of The Gambia which came into their possession as such public officers and gave it to one Manjang Janko to sell and give them the proceeds, without the consent of the Government of The Gambia, and thereby committed an offence.
Count Eight Statement of Offence: Theft by public officer contrary to Section 245 (1) and punishable under Section 257 of the Criminal Code Cap 10 Laws of The Gambia 1990.
Particulars of Offence: Ousman Sanneh on or about the 26th day of June 2008, at the NDEA headquarters in Banjul, being a public officer employed by the NDEA, stole an unspecified number of prohibited drugs, property of the Government of The Gambia which came into his possession as such public officer, by removing same from the office of the NDEA into his car for his private use without the authority of the Government of The Gambia, and thereby committed an offence.
Count Nine Statement of Offence: Theft by public officer contrary to Section 245 (1) and punishable under Section 257 of the Criminal Code Cap 10 Laws of The Gambia 1990.
Particulars of offence: Ousman Sanneh on or about the month of February 2009, in The Gambia, being a public officer employed by the NDEA, stole the sum of D26,000 property of the Government of The Gambia which came into his hands as such public officer, by converting the said amount to his personal use, thereby committed an offence.

Particulars of Offence: Ibrahim Bun Sanneh sometime in the year 2009 in Banjul, in his capacity as executive director NDEA received a report from the Exhibit keeper NDEA Alieu Jassey that at the conclusion of NDEA cases at the Magistrate's Court Banjul presided over by Edrissa Mbye, it was found that the exhibits given to the Magistrate's Court by the NDEA were tampered with before being returned to the NDEA for destruction, but suppressed this information, and destroyed the tampered exhibits with knowledge that the tampered exhibits may be required in evidence in a prosecution of the members of staff of the Magistrate’s Court involved, and thereby committed an offence.
